Priyanka Chopra is an Indian actress, singer-songwriter and former Miss World. Before starting her acting career, she worked as a model and gained... fame after winning the Miss World title in 2000. She is often referred to by the nickname "Piggy Chops", which was given to her by co-stars on the set of the film Bluffmaster! During her career, Chopra has received four Filmfare Awards, among seven nominations and one National Film Award for Best Actress. Chopra made her acting debut with the 2002 Tamil film Thamizhan. The following year, she made her Bollywood film debut with The Hero: Love Story of a Spy and followed it with the hit Andaaz, for which she won a Filmfare Best Female Debut Award. In 2004, she became the second woman to win the Filmfare Best Villain Award, which she received for her critically acclaimed performance in Aitraaz. She subsequently appeared in successful films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi , Krrish and Don: The Chase Begins Again . 2008 marked the beginning of a new phase in Chopra's career.

Dutta was born and raised in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to a Bengali Hindu Kayastha family. She attended school in Jamshedpur, and graduated from Pune University. Dutta won the Femina Miss India 2004 competition held in Mumbai; subsequently she won the title of Femina Miss India Universe 2004 and represented India at Miss Universe 2004 Quito, Ecuador where she placed in the Top 10. In 2005, the Government of Jharkhand honored her by releasing postcards and stamps featuring her. She made her Bollywood debut in 2005 appearing in Chocolate and Aashiq Banaya Apne.

R. Madhavan is an Indian actor, writer, film producer and television host. Madhavan has received a Filmfare Award, an award from the Tamil Nadu... State Film Awards alongside recognition and nominations from other organisations. Simone Singh is an Indian actress. She was born November 10, 1974 in Jamshedpur to a Sikh father and Bengali mother. She made her acting debut with... the television series Sea Hawks followed by a small role in Swabhimaan, in 1995. She played the title role in another popular television series Heena, which gave her wide recognition and was the highest rated show on Indian television at the time. Simone soon forayed into Bollywood movies with Ek Rishta: The Bond of Love, in 2001. She played roles in a few other movies and has been acclaimed for her role in Being Cyrus, co-starring Boman Irani, Dimple Kapadia and Saif Ali Khan. She is the first Indian actress to be invited to present at the International Emmy Awards in NYC.

Atul Kochhar is an Indian-born British chef. Born in Jamshedpur in northern India, Kochhar was trained and worked at the Oberoi Hotel in New Delhi.... In 1994, he was appointed head chef at the Tamarind restaurant, in Mayfair, London. By the age of 31, he became the first Indian chef to be awarded the Michelin star. In 2002 Atul joined Marks and Spencers as a consultant chef and advised on their Indian food range. In the summer of the same year he left Tamarind to start his own restaurant. Atul Kochhar now owns an elite restaurant, Benares. Its menu reflects his passion for food from all areas of India and a setting to rival the most elegant of restaurants in London. Never complacent with the quality of his work, he returns to his homeland whenever possible to research new recipes and ingredients. His acclaimed cookbook "Indian Essence" is the product of one such trip and he is currently working on a second book on Indian vegetarian food. His recipes have appeared widely in magazines and newspapers, and he demonstrates regularly on food shows in the United Kingdom and abroad. He lives in west London with his wife and daughter.

Christian Zacharias is a German pianist and conductor. Zacharias studied piano with Irene Slavin and Vlado Perlemuter in Paris. He won the Geneva... Competition in 1969 and the Van Cliburn Competition in 1973. After winning the Ravel Competition in Paris in 1975, he launched an international career. He has performed chamber music with such partners as the Alban Berg Quartet, the Guarneri Quartet, the Leipzig String Quartet, Heinrich Schiff, and Frank Peter Zimmermann. He made many recordings, among them a 1979 recording of 33 sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti . He began his conducting career in 1992 with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande in Geneva. He made his US debut in 2000 with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Since 2000, he has been artistic director of the Lausanne Chamber Orchestra. Since 2002, he has been principal guest conductor of the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra.
