Joshua Brown is an American football placekicker for the New York Jets of the National Football League . He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Nebraska. Brown has also played for the St. Louis Rams. Brown was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He began his football career after his family moved from Tulsa when he was in eighth-grade and he subsequently attended Foyil High School.
