Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most significant Hindu temples of Lord Shiva in the world, located on the banks of the Bagmati River in the... eastern part of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. The temple served as the seat of the national deity, Lord Pashupatinath, Nepal is a secular country . The temple is listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. The temple is one of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams . Hindus alone are allowed to enter the temple premises. Non-Hindu visitors are allowed to have a look at the temple from the other bank of Bagmati river. It is regarded as the most sacred among the temples of Lord Shiva . Pashupatinath Temple is the oldest Hindu temple in Kathmandu. It is not known for certain when Pashupatinath Temple was founded. But according to Nepal Mahatmaya and Himvatkhanda, the deity here gained great fame there as Pashupati, the Lord of the Animals. Pashupatinath Temple's existence dates back to 400 A.D. The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred linga or holy symbol of Lord Shiva.

Kiran's mother Nancy is of Ukrainian, Dutch and German ancestry. The couple met while Nancy was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal. Kiran was born in Patan Hospital , Kathmandu. Seven months later her parents moved their new family to America. Kiran grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland and attended Montgomery Blair High School where she served in student government, danced on the pom squad, and competed on the swim team. Upon graduation she enrolled at the University of Maryland, College Park's College of Journalism, where she joined the Alpha Pi chapter of Delta Delta Delta sorority and received her bachelor of arts in broadcast journalism.

Narayan Gopal Guruacharya is the most prominent and popular singer and composer in the history of Nepali music. He is popularly referred to as... "Swar Samrat" in Nepali music. He is also known as "Tragedy King." He is well known as a singer as well as a composer. His voice range allowed him to sing songs of every genre of Nepali music. His songs are often richly orchestrated with the sitar, harmonium and flute. He belongs to the first generation of Nepali singers who took singing as a profession. His songs have also been used in movies and dramas. Narayan Gopal Guruacharya was born into a Newar family in Kilagal Tole, Kathmandu, on October 4, 1939 to father Asha Gopal Guruacharya and mother Ram Devi Guruacharya. He had five brothers and six sisters. He completed his School Leaving Certificate exams in 2016 B.S. and obtained Bachelor of Art degree in Humanities from Tri-Chandra College. Later he also went to Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda to study classical Indian music, but returned without completing his studies.

Dichen Lachman is a Nepalese Australian actress. She is best known for appearing in the soap opera Neighbours as Katya Kinski and Joss Whedon's... science fiction drama television series Dollhouse as Sierra. Lachman is currently playing Suren in the American/Canadian supernatural drama television series Being Human. Lachman was born in Kathmandu, Nepal, and lived in Nepal until she was eight years old, before her family moved to Adelaide, Australia. Her mother is of Tibetan descent, and her father is Australian. She attended Norwood Morialta High School, St Mary's College, Adelaide, Annesley College, and the University of Adelaide. Before Neighbours, Lachman filmed an advert for Wanadoo telecommunications which was filmed in Australia and aired in the United Kingdom. In 2005, Lachman joined the cast of the long-running Australian soap opera Neighbours as Katya Kinski. She originally auditioned for the role of Elle Robinson, but the producers decided to create the part of Katya for her instead. Lachman also played a small role in the feature film Aquamarine.

Ani Choying Drolma , also known as Choying Drolma and Ani Choying , is a Buddhist nun and musician from the Nagi Gompa nunnery in Nepal. She is known... in Nepal and throughout the world for bringing many Tibetan Buddhist chants and feast songs to mainstream audiences. Ani Choying was born in 1971 in Kathmandu, Nepal, to Tibetan exiles. She entered monastic life as a means of escape from her physically abusive father, and she was accepted into the Nagi Gompa nunnery at the age of 13. For a number of years, the monastery's resident chant master taught Ani Choying the music that she is famous for performing. In 1994, guitarist Steve Tibbetts visited the nunnery and eventually recorded much of the Tibetan music with Ani Choying on two albums. The recordings, titled Chö and Selwa, were released to critical acclaim. Tibbetts and Ani Choying embarked on small performance tours, which included shows at several historical Tibetan monasteries. Sina Vodjani recorded an album in collaboration with Ani Choying Drolma.

Madan Krishna Shrestha was born on April 19, 1950. His mother, Laxmi Devi Shrestha, died during his childhood and was the reason for his seriousness. He and his wife live in Dhobidhara, Nepal, and he has a son and a daughter both of whom reside in the United States. He received his primary education from the Montessori school, J.P. school and Padmadev School. He did his I.Com. at Mahendra Ratna Public College and attempted a B.A. at a private institute. Since he was very much involved in the field of art he could not make it through his graduation. Madan Krishna Shrestha became noted by Nepalese viewers and critics after his performance in Rastriya Gaijatra Mahotsav in 2032 BS. Before meeting Hari Bamsha Acharya he had contributions in art for 10 years. The duo have become a hit and have done many comedic dramas and events in all parts of the world.
