James Kelley Washington is an American football wide receiver for the San Diego Chargers. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Tennessee. Washington has also been a member of the New England Patriots, Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles. Washington attended Sherando High School in Stephens City, Virginia and was a letterman in football, basketball, and baseball.
