Heroes will introduce seven new characters to the RTS series, each with powerful combat specialties. The title continues the story of the Bersian Continent where humans, orcs, and elves struggle for power and survival. The title adds new single-player modes -- Campaign Mission, Random Mission, and Custom Mission -- as well as new modes for Xbox Live play: Troop Battle, Hero Battle, and Co-op Battle.
Heroes doesn't take any chances with the Kingdom Under Fire formula, but it adds just enough to move the series forward--if only incrementally.
If you are itching for a good real-time strategy game, with heavy action elements, for the Xbox, then look no further then Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes.
While it has redeeming elements in the 3D combat geared towards mindless hacking, the game is too difficult and too specialised to have broad appeal to the everyman gamer.
