The Milwaukee Bucks are a professional basketball team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. They are part of the Central Division of the Eastern Conference in the National Basketball Association . The team was founded in 1968 as an expansion team, and currently plays at the Bradley Center.... U.S. Senator Herb Kohl is the owner of the team, with Scott Skiles as head coach and John Hammond as general manager. The Bucks have won one league title , two conference titles , and thirteen division titles . They have featured such notable players as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Oscar Robertson, Bob Lanier, Ray Allen, Andrew Bogut, Michael Redd and Jon McGlocklin. The Milwaukee Bucks were formed in January 1968 when the NBA awarded a franchise to Milwaukee Professional Sports and Services, Inc. , a group headed by Wesley Pavalon and Marvin Fishman. In October, the Bucks played their first NBA regular season game against the Chicago Bulls before a Milwaukee Arena crowd of 8,467. As is typical with expansion teams, the Bucks' first season, 1968–69, was a struggle.

It has also been recognized as one of the Public Ivies. The university also made the list of "Top 10 Public Ivy League Schools.

Charleston is the second largest city in the U.S. state of South Carolina. It was made the county seat of Charleston County in 1901 when Charleston County was founded. Charleston is known as The Holy City due to the prominence of churches on the low-rise cityscape, particularly the numerous steeples which dot the city's skyline, and for the fact that it was one of the few cities in the original thirteen colonies to provide religious tolerance, albeit restricted to non-Catholics. Many Huguenots found their way to Charleston.
