Lenvil Elliott was a professional American football player who played running back for nine seasons in the National Football League. He was a part of the San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl XVI winning team. Elliot was born in Lexington, Missouri to Lenvil Nelson and Helen Constance Elliott. He grew up in Richmond, Missouri and was a 1969 graduate of Richmond High School. He was drafted in 1973 while attending Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
