Lisa Anne Loeb , is an American singer-songwriter and actress. Her last name is pronounced "lobe," as in "globe." She launched her career in 1994 with the song, "Stay ", which was included in the film Reality Bites. She was the first artist to have a number one single in the United States while not signed to a recording contract.
