According to the United States Census Bureau, Lisle Township covers an area of 35.91 square miles ; of this, 35.79 square miles is land and 0.13 square miles is water. The township contains these five cemeteries: Blodgett, Illinois Benedictine College, Oak Crest, Saint Bernards and Saints Peter and Paul.
