Louis Richard Palmisano is a Major League Baseball catcher for the Independent Pensacola Pelicans. Palmisano graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2001, after winning a state championship in baseball. In the Major League Baseball draft that year, Palmisano was taken by the Chicago White Sox in the 21st round . He did not sign with the White Sox and instead attended Broward Community College, in which he graduated in 2003 with a business degree.
