Lucas Stephen French is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Minnesota Twins organization. He was selected by the Detroit Tigers in the eighth round of the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft. French throws a basic fastball, changeup, curveball combination. He has average velocity and relies on command of his pitches. At Heritage High School in Littleton, CO, outside of Denver, he played football, basketball, and baseball.
