Marc Robert Bulger [pronounced /ˈbʊldʒər/] is a former American football quarterback. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at West Virginia. Bulger was also a member of the Atlanta Falcons, St. Louis Rams, and Baltimore Ravens. He was the 2004 Pro Bowl MVP.
