Maximillian Weisner Starks, IV is an American football offensive tackle who last played for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League . He played college football for the University of Florida. He was drafted by the Steelers in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft, and is currently a free agent. Starks was born in Orlando, Florida.
