Medina is a city in Medina County, Ohio, United States. In 2009, CNNMoney named Medina the 40th most desirable American city to live in. The population was 25,139 at the 2000 Census. The population was 26,678 at the 2010 Census. It is the county seat of Medina County. Medina is located at 41°8′9″N 81°51′51″W / 41.13583°N 81.86417°W / 41.13583; -81.86417 .
