Pros:
Sturdy wooden design; nice-looking; unisex; lots included for the reasonable price.
Cons:
Could really use a latch closure.

Review: I definitely recommend this as a "beginner's" dollhouse. Boy or girl. It's a wonderful set!!

An open-ended, gender neutral toy. Attractive and durable, includes furniture and dolls. Relatively inexpensive.
Cons:
Maybe a little too open ended for children who enjoy more realistic and detailed toys.
