Rob S. Chandra has been a member of Mellanox's board of directors since November 2001. Mr. Chandra is a general partner of Bessemer Venture Partners,... or Bessemer, a venture capital firm, which he joined in September 2000.  Prior to joining Bessemer, Mr. Chandra was a general partner with Commonwealth Capital Ventures, a venture capital firm, from January 1996 to September 2000. From September 1993 to December 1995, Mr. Chandra was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm. Previously, from September 1993 to September 1998, Mr. Chandra was a consultant at Accenture, a management consulting and technology services company. Mr. Chandra holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Pierre Lamond focuses on semiconductor, systems and software investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 1981, Pierre was a founder and... technical director of National Semiconductor and the general manager of Fairchild's Integrated Circuit Division. He has also been the president of Advent, a consumer electronics company and Coherent, a manufacturer of lasers.  Mr. Lamond is a past president of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists. Mr. Lamond is a Partner at Sequoia Capital and focuses on components, software and systems investments.  Mr. Lamond is a Director of Barcelona Design, Santur, Tera Systems, Open Silicon and Mellanox.  He is also working with T-Networks.  Mr. Lamond has been the Chairman of Vitesse Semiconductor , Redback Networks , Plumtree Software , Verisity Design , Cypress Semiconductor , Microchip , Combichem and a Director of VitalSigns Software , Convex Computer and the MarchFirst .

Eyal Waldman is a co-founder of Mellanox, and has served as Mellanox's chief executive officer, president and chairman of Mellanox's board of... directors since March 1999. From March 1993 to February 1999, Mr. Waldman served as vice president of engineering and was a cofounder of Galileo Technology Ltd., or Galileo, a semiconductor company, which was acquired by Marvell Technology Group Ltd. in January 2001. From August 1989 to March 1993, Mr. Waldman held a number of design and architecture related positions at Intel Corporation, a manufacturer of computer, networking and communications products. Mr. Waldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.
