Simplify the process of working with others to co-author, modify, and review files using Document Workspaces. Document Workspaces are centralized Web-based repositories that provide files, tasks, and lists of links and team members and are accessible through the Shared Workspace task pane. Send shared attachments in Microsoft Outlook®, and recipients can choose to open a local copy to work from, or check the shared workspace to find and download a more current version. Check for updated versions of files, see if team members are online, see related links and files, and view file properties. You can receive an e-mail alert when any of the items in the shared workspace change. When you make an update in the Shared Workspace task pane your change is automatically made in the shared workspace.
