Willard Mitt Romney is an American businessman and politician. He was the 70th Governor of Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007 and he is the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party for the 2012 presidential election. The son of George W. Romney and Lenore Romney, he was raised in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and during his college years served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in France.
