Nolan Gould is an American child actor best known for his starring role as Luke Dunphy on the ABC comedy Modern Family. He is the brother of Aidan Gould. Gould began his career at the age of three doing commercials. Nolan Gould's most recent films include leads in the features Ghoul and Space... Buddies. Current television credits for Nolan Gould include Eleventh Hour and the movie of the week, "Sweet Nothing in My Ear." He is also a star of the popular TV show Modern Family, in which he has won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Best ensemble in a Comedy Series along with the rest of the show's cast. Gould has trained with Patrick Malone and Lisa Picotte for years, focusing on scene study, cold reading and improv. During 2009, Gould appeared in commercials for The Hartford. Gould is a member of Mensa. He plays the double bass and was recently given a banjo by Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show.

Tyler Gerald "Ty" Burrell is an American actor and comedian. He is best known for his role in the ABC comedy Modern Family as Phil Dunphy, for which he won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series in 2011. Burrell was born in Grants Pass in Southern Oregon, and grew up in the small Southern Oregon town of Applegate, near the California border, where his family ran a business. He attended Hidden Valley High School in Grants Pass, where he played football and was a lineman for the Hidden Valley Mustangs. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in theatre arts in 1993. Burrell was the commencement speaker at the school in 2008. While in college he worked as a bartender at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson is an American actor known for portraying Mitchell Pritchett on the ABC sitcom Modern Family. Previously he played the role of Richie Velch in the CBS sitcom The Class. Ferguson was born in Missoula, Montana, and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he was raised. At age... eight he decided to become an actor, and joined the Albuquerque Children's Theater, where he was a member for six years. In high school Ferguson played Albert Peterson in Bye Bye Birdie, and General Bullmoose in Li'l Abner. In the summer of 2007, Ferguson starred in the Public Theatre's Shakespeare in the Park production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, and co-starred in the 2008 thriller, Untraceable.

Eric Stonestreet is an American actor, best known for his starring role as Cameron Tucker on the ABC comedy Modern Family. Stonestreet has received critical acclaim for his performance in Modern Family and won the 2010 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for... his role. Stonestreet was born in Kansas City, Kansas. During his childhood, he wanted to become a clown. At age nine, he created an auguste clown character named Fizbo, and has periodically brought him back, including in three episodes of Modern Family. He is a graduate of Piper High School and Kansas State University . He spent two years doing plays and studying improv at The Second City Training Center in Chicago, then moved to Los Angeles and began his professional acting career.
