Montrae Rondrell Holland is an American football guard for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida State. Holland has also played for the Denver Broncos. At Florida State University, Holland got all-conference accolades as a senior. Montrae was a 3-year starter and started in 29 consecutive games at Florida State. Holland started in seven games as a rookie for the New Orleans Saints and appeared in all sixteen. He signed a one-year contract with the Broncos on... March 3, 2007. On 28 August 2008, Holland was traded from the Denver Broncos to the Dallas Cowboys for a fifth-round pick in 2010 NFL Draft. Holland was born with a defect in his right leg which he had corrected in seventh grade. They had to break his leg and fuse his growth plates together on both legs which stunted his growth which made it so he could not grow anymore.
