The NBA's All Star Game MVP award is voted on by various media members after the annual All Star Game and the winners, game location, winner's team, and the score of the All Star Game are listed below. It is given to the most impressive and valuable player of the game. The LA Lakers have had the most players of their team (9) named MVP of the All Star Game and Bob Pettit of the Milwaukee/St. Louis Hawks has received the most All Star Game MVP titles (4).
