O’Brien, SpringStreet , TechTarget, Vacationspot.com , Viant Corporation and Zillow among others. Prior to TCV, Jay was a Managing Director at Chancellor Capital Management where he spent over 12 years as a technology focused venture capitalist and fund manager. In addition to generating industry leading performance managing public technology portfolios, Jay led private investments in Ascend Communications, CompUSA, Intuit, Macromedia, NETCOM, PictureTel, Pure Software, Sybase and many others. Jay received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is currently on the Board of Directors of eHarmony, Netflix, R.J. O’Brien, TechTarget and Zillow. Jay is on the Advisory Board of HRJ Capital, the Investment Advisory Committee at the University of Michigan, the Board of Trustees of Northwestern University and the Board of Trustees at the Menlo School.

Prior to Zillow, Rich founded Expedia within Microsoft. In 1999, he led the spin-off of Expedia from Microsoft and served as the company’s president and CEO until March, 2003, by which time Expedia had grown to become the world’s largest online travel retailer. Prior to founding Expedia, Rich worked in various product management roles on Windows and MS-DOS at Microsoft. Board Seats: Rich serves as a director of Avvo and Netflix . Senior Vice-President and Chief Development Officer, Cisco President, Cisco-Linksys LLC Charles H. Giancarlo has served as one of the Company's... directors since March 2007. Mr. Giancarlo has had a variety of roles at Cisco since 1994. He is currently Cisco's Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer, a position he has held since July 2005. From July 2004 to July 2005, he was Chief Technology Officer. Previously, Mr. Giancarlo was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Product Development, from July 2001 to July 2004. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial Business Segment from May 1999 to July 2001, incubating Cisco's fastest growing business segment. In May 1997, he was appointed to establish Cisco's Global Alliances and ran the division as Senior Vice-President until May 1999. In his first Cisco role after joining the company through the acquisition of Kalpana, Inc., Mr. Giancarlo held the title of Vice President of Business Development, from December 1994 to May 1997.In addition to his current role as Cisco's Chief Development Officer, Mr. Giancarlo is President of Cisco-Linksys, LLC, a position he has held since June 2004.Mr. Giancarlo holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Brown University and the University of California at Berkeley, respectively, and an MBA from Harvard University.
