Nicole Kidman was born in June 20, 1967 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her parents are from Australia, where she lived a long part of her life, and she has both nationalities: American and Australian. Growing up she was always interested in acting and made her first appearance in the Australian movie "Bush Christmas" with a small role in 1983. She made her debut in the United States when in 1989 she starred in the hit thriller "Dead Calm". Previously married to Tom Cruise, with whom she has 2 children, she´s now married to Keith Urban and in July 2008 they had a baby girl. She is known for her... roles in "The others", "The Hours" which made her an Academy Award Winner in year 2003, "Cold Mountain" and others.
