Nikon Travelite V binocular utilizes precision ground, multicoated optics, and high index BaK4 prisms for true color rendition, maximum sharpness and enhanced light transmission. It also uses aspherical eyepiece lenses which provide a very flat viewing field and offer markedly improved edge-to-edge sharpness over many conventional lenses. With 25mm objective lenses for maximum light gathering and a Close focus distance under fourteen feet, the Travelite V binocular is well suited to many uses.

Nikon Eagleview Binoculars Oct 20, 2009
5.00 5/5.0
Pros:
Cannot beat these for quality, features, and ease of use.
Cons:
Could use a stabilizer for zooming over 10 X

Review: Quality construction, features, and compactness cannot be beat for price.

Who's afraid of the big bad zoom? Jan 1, 2006
5.00 5/5.0
Pros:
Crystal clear optics, smooth zoom, solid lightweight compact construction, reasonable price ... NICE!
Cons:
None, other than normal limitations of any compact zoom binoculars, e.g., smaller FOV.

Review: If you're not concerned about the few limitations common to all compact zoom nocs, you will find these Nikons an excellent value. Buy 'em. You'll love 'em.

Amazing Optics in a Compact Binocular Nov 9, 2005
5.00 5/5.0
Pros:
Breathtaking magnification in a light, compact and well built binocular.
Cons:
Unavoidable shaking artifact decreases the detail of images at the higher magnifications.

Review: Small, lightweight, with remarkable magnification. Despite the unavoidable shaking artifact, they still bring in distant objects with remarkable clarity.

Excellent Multi-Purpose Binoculars Jan 6, 2004
5.00 5/5.0
Pros:
Compact, quality construction, excellent image quality, solid adjustment control
Cons:
Only if you're unfamiliar with zoom binos or high-power optics. Otherwise, none.

Review: Rugged. Sharp. Excellent choice for a wide range of power in a light, small piece of quality gear. Other options are better suited for dim or lengthy surveillance. Superb choice.
