Fisher Hall is one of the 29 residence halls and one of the 15 male dorms on the campus of the University of Notre Dame just northeast of South Bend,... Indiana. Constructed in 1952 as housing for 156 seniors , Fisher Hall was dedicated by Sally Fisher to her husband, Fred Fisher, former member of the Board of Trustees. At the time of construction, Fisher was the second residence hall to have a social lounge. Summer 2001 renovations included a new social space and a new chapel. Over the years, renovations to Fisher Hall have created a mix of single, double, and quad rooms. Fisher Hall contains more single rooms than most other dorms at Notre Dame, and consequently receives several students who "float" for singles from across campus. Fisher's sister dorm is Pangborn Hall, however, historically the men of Fisher have also had some ties to Badin Hall. One of Fisher Hall's most notable events is the Fisher Regatta, hosted annually at the end of the Spring semester. Various dorms compete by submitting homemade boat entries in races on Saint Mary's Lake, located on campus.

Notre Dame Stadium is the home football stadium for the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team. The stadium is located on the campus... of the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, United States, just north of the city of South Bend. The stadium opened its gates in 1930, replacing the old stadium Cartier Field. Total cost of construction was more than $750,000. The original seating capacity was 54,000. Knute Rockne played a key role in its design, keeping the space between the playing field and the stands to a minimum. The stadium is patterned, on a smaller scale, after Michigan Stadium, the main difference being the tunnel location. In 1929 plans were started by Osborn Engineering of Cleveland, Ohio. They were selected for their experience in designing Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park. The original stadium held 59,075 people, measured a half-mile in circumference, stood 45 feet high, and featured a glass-enclosed press box rising 60 feet above ground level. The building was built by the Sollitt Construction Company of South Bend.

The Compton Family Ice Arena is a 5,022-seat, two-rink ice facility in Notre Dame, Indiana on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. The arena... saw its first game on October 21, 2011. The ice arena replaced the 2,857-seat rink in the north dome of the Edmund P. Joyce Center. The new ice arena is located south of the Joyce Center, just north of Edison Road, and just west of where the new Irish track and field facility is being constructed. The majority of the general public arena seating is of the chair-back variety. The facility includes two sheets of ice , with limited seating availability for the second sheet. Offices, locker room, and training facilities for the Notre Dame hockey program will be located within the facility. The weight room within the building will be available for use by all Fighting Irish varsity athletes. Eight auxiliary locker rooms will be available for campus and community use of the facility.
