Chazeray "Chaz" Schilens is an American football wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Raiders in the seventh round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at San Diego State. Entering Week 9 of the 2008 campaign, Schilens was named... a starter, playing opposite Javon Walker. Schilens was also a factor in the outside blocking game, adding extra yardage on running plays with key blocks. In week 16, Schilens had his best game as a Raider, catching three passes for 52 yards including a 20 yard touchdown. He finished the 2008 campaign with 15 catches for 226 yards and two touchdowns. Chaz broke the fifth metatarsal bone in his left foot in August, 2009, but returned to action midway through the season and caught the game winning touchdown in an upset in Week 15 over the rival Denver Broncos. In 2010, Schilens had another injury-plagued campaign, playing in only five games and catching five passes total.

Tyvon A. Branch is an American football safety for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Connecticut. Branch was selected by the Raiders in the 4th round. The Raiders chose to... draft Branch not only by his defensive back skills, but also his importance as a return specialist, due to the departure of all-time return leader Chris Carr. During his rookie season on September 14, 2008, Branch intercepted Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Damon Huard for his first career interception. Branch earned his first career start in the 2009 season opener on September 14 in a Monday night game against the San Diego Chargers, but was placed on season-ending injured reserve on November 5 with a shoulder injury. He went on to have a breakout season for the Raiders in 2009 as the starting strong safety in all 16 games, finishing with 98 unassisted tackles and 26 assists, two forced fumbles, and a sack. He had his best game of the year in a win over the heavily favored Bengals with 12 tackles and a forced fumble.

Darren McFadden is an American football running back who currently plays for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League . He played college football for the University of Arkansas from 2005 to 2007. McFadden was drafted fourth overall by the Oakland Raiders in the 2008 NFL Draft. A widely touted recruit, he chose to attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas where he would become a two-time member of the Associated Press All-America team as a tailback for the Razorbacks in 2006 and 2007. In 2006, he became the first sophomore to win the Doak Walker Award, the award honoring the nation's top collegiate running back. He joined Ricky Williams as only the second two-time winner after taking home the award again in 2007. McFadden also won the 2007 Walter Camp Award as the nation's best player and was also the runner-up for the Heisman Trophy two years in a row in 2006 and 2007.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional American football team based in Jacksonville, Florida. The team's victory on January 11, 1970 remains the club's last championship game victory and appearance to date.

The Denver Broncos were founded on August 14, 1959 when minor league baseball owner Bob Howsam was awarded an American Football League charter franchise. The Broncos won the first-ever American Football League game over the Boston Patriots, 13–10, on September 9, 1960. On August 5, 1967, they became the first ever AFL team to defeat an NFL team after beating the Detroit Lions, 13–7, in a preseason game. However, the Broncos were largely not successful in the 1960s, compiling a record of 39–97–4 in the league.
