Overview
Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, seeks an experienced online marketing professional to lead a team of individuals acting as our company’s OLM Manager. We are a young and vibrant company that is constantly growing, and we have reached the need for an experienced OLM professional to coordinate our various efforts with expertise and innovation. Juggle.com is not your typical company, and this isn’t your typical nine-to-five marketing job.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced online marketing professional who has worked with both organic search engine optimization and paid search advertising, someone who can manage a team while getting his or her hands dirty with the technical and creative aspects at the same time. You should be someone who understands that running an online marketing campaign for a successful online enterprise isn’t simply a clock-in, clock-out kind of job, and also someone who understands that when the work is interesting enough, work and play need not be mutually exclusive. That is our corporate culture.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
As the OLM Manager, you will be coordinating our online marketing efforts, working on search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising, creating and executing roadmaps for driving traffic while managing a team of subject matter experts including SEO developers, PPC analysts, and copywriters. You should:
- Have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science or related field, or relevant equivalent work experience
- Have extensive agency or corporate experience in: SEO, PPC, Social Media
- Be a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understand Web metrics and analytics for the top three search engines: Google, Yahoo!, Bing
- Be familiar with third-tier search engines
Previous management experience is a definite plus.
