Donald Craig is a co-founder and CTO of Omneon Video Networks, where he oversees the product architecture. Mr. Craig is a television industry veteran, who has held technical positions at Sony, Tektronix, Central Dynamics, Ampex, and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. At Tektronix, as... Engineering Fellow, his engineering teams received an Emmy® award in 1988 for the VM-700 video measurement set, and in 1996 for the Profile video server. He is regarded as one of the leading video server and networking architects in the television industry.

Jon S. Castor has served as a member of the board of directors  of Omneon since December 2006 and as Chairman since April 2007.  Since June... 2004, Mr. Castor has been a private investor.  Prior to that, Mr. Castor served as an Executive Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Zoran Corporation, a provider of digital solutions for applications in the digital entertainment and imaging markets, from January 2004 to June 2004, Senior vice President of Zoran’s DTV Division from August 2003 to December 2003 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the TeraLogic Group at Oak Technology Inc, a developer of integrated circuits and software for digital televisions and printers, from October 2002 to August 2003, when it was acquired by Zoran.  In 1996, Mr. Castor co-founded TeraLogic, Inc., a developer of digital television integrated circuits, software and systems, where he served in several capacities, including as its Chief Executive Officer and director from November 2000 to October 2002, when it was acquired by Oak Technology.  In addition to Omneon, Mr. Castor currently serves on the boards of directors of Adaptec, Inc., a provider of storage solutions, Genesis Microchip, Inc., a provider of image processing systems, and a privately-held company.  Mr. Castor holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. From Northwestern University.

Lawrence Kaplan is Vice Chairman of Omneon Video Networks. As a founder, he has served as President and CEO of Omneon from its inception until June... of 2003. Mr. Kaplan brings substantial experience in television and computer networking technologies. His tenure in these businesses includes strong relationships with computer network, satellite, television and media companies worldwide that have integrated sophisticated digital media networks. Prior to co-founding Omneon Video Networks in 1998, Mr. Kaplan was senior vice president at Sony Electronics with overall responsibility for Sony Broadcast in the US. Sony Broadcast includes all of the company's professional audio, video and data systems product lines. His organization also included the Sony systems integration and software development operations that designed and built several major television facilities including DirecTV in Colorado and AskyB in Arizona. Prior to joining Sony in 1995, Mr. Kaplan had overall responsibility for both the computer graphic and television operations at Tektronix-including the color printer division and the Grass Valley Group. These businesses today generate more than $1 billion in revenue. Mr. Kaplan has an MBA from Rutgers University and a BSEE from the University of Wisconsin.

Wes joined ATV in 1999 and concentrates on investments in the internet infrastructure and data networking markets. Since January 2000, Mr. Raffel has... been a Managing Director of Advanced Technology Ventures.  His representative investments include Apprion, Calisolar, CaseCentral, Omneon Video Networks, NeoScale, Redline Networks , and Sub-One Technology. Wes Raffel has served as a member of the Omneon board of directors since November 2002. Prior to ATV, Wes served as Vice President of Sales and General Manager at Informix Software where he was last responsible for the Company's Web and e-commerce business. He held positions as acting CEO and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AssureNet Pathways, which was acquired by Axent Technologies. He also was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Global Village Communications, where he grew revenue from zero to over $100 million in three years. Wes spent nearly 10 years of his career with 3Com in various sales and marketing roles, lastly driving the rapid growth of its non-European international business as the Vice President of Intercontinental Operations. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A., Cum Laude, from Harvard College.
