Igor Fyodorovich "Yegor" Letov Ле́тов; 10 September 1964, Omsk – 19 February 2008, Omsk was the creator and... singer of the Russian punk, аnd psychedelic rock in later period, band Grazhdanskaya Oborona . He also formed the collective collage band "Communism", and played with the punk legend Yanka Dyagileva. Yegor Letov was a cofounder of National Bolshevik Party. Certainly a prolific musician, Letov is a controversial figure. He was controversial in the mid-to-late 1980s when he satirized the Soviet system, and helped develop a gritty Soviet punk sound with folk underpinnings. After the fall of the USSR and especially 1993 Russian constitutional crisis he disappointed in Yeltsin's government and made friends and fans out of nationalists and communists. In later years, Letov distanced himself from any political ideology, stating "We're patriots, but not Nazis. All the totalitarians - right, left, of all colors and stripes - fuck you." In an interview, Letov expressed that his favorite poets were Alexander Vvedensky , one of the OBERIU writers, and Vladimir Mayakovsky.

Lyubov Grigoryevna Polishchuk was a popular Russian actress. She was born in the Siberian city of Omsk. After school she decided to become an... actress and moved to Moscow. She made her debut in cinema in 1976 in the popular comedy film 12 stulyev in 1977, which was directed by Mark Zakharov. Lyubov Polishchuk died of sarcomain Moscow in 2006, aged 57. She was buried at the Troyekurovskoye Cemetery.

Vladislav Dvorzhetsky was a Soviet film actor. He appeared in eighteen films between 1970 and 1978. Dvorzhetsky was born in Omsk. In 1955 he entered... the Omsk military medical school. In 1959 he started active service in the Soviet Army at Sakhalin Island as senior feldsher of the regiment. During this time he married the first time. In 1964 he went back to Omsk and entered the actors' school of Omsk. After graduation in 1967, Vladislav was accepted in the company of the Omsk provincial dramatic theatre. Here he married for the second time. In 1968 the assistant director from film-studio Mosfilm visits Omsk and Dvorzhetsky got his first role in a film as General Khludow in The Flight . In his next film he was the test pilot Burton in the Solaris . During the time in Moscow he divorced his second wife and he decided to live for his film-career. In spring 1972 he played the role of Alexander Ilyin in Sannikow-Land. In 1974 he played the communist Yaroslav in To the Last Minute and got the State prize of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1975 he played the main role in the adventure film Kapitan Nemo based on the Jules Verne novel.
