Alan Wray Tudyk is an American actor known for his roles as Hoban "Wash" Washburne in the science fiction/western television series Firefly and... movie Serenity, Simon in the British comedy Death at a Funeral, as Steve the Pirate in DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story, as Sonny in the science fiction drama I, Robot, as Doc Potter in 3:10 to Yuma, as Tucker in Tucker & Dale vs Evil and as Alpha in Dollhouse. He currently co-stars on the ABC sitcom Suburgatory. Tudyk was born in El Paso, Texas, the son of Betty Loyce and Timothy Nicholas Tudyk. He is of Polish and English descent and was raised in the Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas, where he attended Plano Senior High School. Tudyk studied drama at the Methodist-affiliated Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, Texas where he won the Academic Excellence award for drama. While in college, he played Beaver Smith in an eastern New Mexico summer stock theater production of Billy the Kid. Tudyk entered Juilliard but left in 1996 before earning a degree. In 2000, Tudyk played Gerhardt, a homosexual German drug addict, alongside Sandra Bullock and Viggo Mortensen in 28 Days.

Hilary Hinton "Zig" Ziglar is an American author, salesman, and motivational speaker. Zig Ziglar was born in Coffee County, Alabama, to parents John... Silas Ziglar and Viola Ziglar. He was the tenth of 12 children. In 1931, when Ziglar was five years old, his father took a management position at a Mississippi farm, and his family moved to Yazoo City, Mississippi, where he spent most of his early childhood. In 1932, his father died of a stroke, and his younger sister died two days later. Ziglar served in the Navy during World War II . He was in the Navy V-12 Navy College Training Program, attending the University of South Carolina. In 1944 he met his wife, Jean, in Jackson, Mississippi; he was 17 and she was 16. They married in late 1946. Ziglar later worked as a salesman in a succession of companies. In 1968 he became a vice president and training director for the Automotive Performance company, moving to Dallas, Texas. In 1970, Ziglar went into the business of motivational speaking full-time, with an emphasis on Christian values.

Nicolas Kent "Nick" Stahl is an American actor. Starting out as a child actor, he gained recognition for his performance in the 1993 film The Man... Without a Face and then embarked on a successful career as a child actor. He later transitioned into his adult career with roles in Bully, Sin City, In the Bedroom, the HBO series Carnivàle, and the film Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, in which he took over the role of John Connor, originally played by Edward Furlong. He also starred in the 2010 film Mirrors 2. Stahl was born in Harlingen, Texas, the son of Donna Lynn, a brokerage assistant and William Kent Stahl, a German American businessman. He was raised in Plano and Richardson. The 1993 film The Man Without a Face, co-starring Mel Gibson, helped boost his career at the age of 13. His first professional casting was in Stranger at My Door, although he had been acting in children's plays since he was four years old. In 1996 he played the role of Puck in Benjamin Britten's opera A Midsummer Night's Dream at The Metropolitan Opera in New York. In 1998 he played a doomed young soldier during the World War II Pacific War in The Thin Red Line.

Scott David Mechlowicz is an American actor. He began his professional acting career in 2003, working in commercials and television, and is best... known for his lead roles in the films EuroTrip, Mean Creek, Peaceful Warrior, Gone, Undocumented, Cat Run, and Eden. Mechlowicz was born in New York City, the son of Susan, a respiratory therapist, and Morris Mechlowicz. He was raised in a "tight-knit" Jewish family. He grew up in Plano, Texas, where he graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1999, and attended the University of Texas at Austin for one semester. He subsequently moved to Los Angeles, California, where he studied at UCLA and graduated in 2003, with honors, from the Conservatory Acting Program. Mechlowicz made his film debut in the raunchy teen comedy Eurotrip, which opened on February 20, 2004 and quickly became a cult classic. The same year, he also starred in the independent film Mean Creek, which was filmed in 2003 but not given a limited theatrical release until August 20, 2004. In the film, which was a dark teenage drama, Mechlowicz played the oldest of a group of teenagers. The film received a positive critical reception.

In the second season of American Idol, she was hired by FOX to replace Brian Dunkleman as co-host; however, on premiere night, the producers edited most of her footage out of the show, and she was later credited as correspondent for the show instead.

Stephen John Anderson is an American animator, film director, screenwriter and voice actor who made his feature-film directorial debut with Meet The... Robinsons. Anderson joined Walt Disney Feature Animation in 1995 as a story artist on Tarzan. Prior to joining Disney, Anderson worked as an animator at Hyperion Animation on Rover Dangerfield and Bebe's Kids. He made his television directorial debut with the series The Itsy Bitsy Spider. Anderson grew up in Plano, Texas, before attending the California Institute of the Arts, where he also served as a story instructor for five years. Following Tarzan, Stephen served as story supervisor for The Emperor's New Groove and Brother Bear. Stephen currently resides in Canyon Country, California, with his wife, Heather, and their son, Jacob.

John Benjamin Hickey is an American actor with a career in stage, film and television. He won the 2011 Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured... Actor in a Play for his performance as Felix Turner in The Normal Heart. On Broadway, he originated the role of Arthur in Terrence McNally's Tony Award-winning play Love! Valour! Compassion! in 1995, a role he would recreate for the 1997 film version. He played Clifford Bradshaw in the 1998 revival of Cabaret, which won the Tony for Best Revival of a Musical, and played Reverend John Hale in the Tony-nominated 2002 revival of Arthur Miller's The Crucible. Currently, he plays Sean, the homeless brother of Cathy , the main character, on the Showtime series, The Big C. Hickey graduated from Plano Sr. High School, Plano Texas 1981 and attended Texas State University - San Marcos from 1981–1983 and was active in the theater department. He earned his bachelor's degree in English at Fordham University in 1985.

Kevin Michael McHale is an American actor, dancer, and singer. Formerly of the boy band NLT, McHale is best known for his current role as Artie... Abrams in the Fox hit television series Glee. McHale was born in Plano, Texas, the youngest of four children. McHale is descended from immigrants from County Mayo, Ireland. He admitted to Ryan Seacrest that he grew up with Disney Channel actress and singer Demi Lovato. Before becoming an actor, McHale joined an American Boy Group, NLT, which is short for "Not Like Them". The R&B group was discovered by Chris Stokes. On March 13, 2007, they released their first single, "That Girl". The following month they opened for The Pussycat Dolls. The band also had a guest appearance in Bratz: The Movie. On April 30, 2009, group member Travis Michael Garland announced that NLT had split. McHale currently stars on Glee as Artie Abrams, a member of the McKinley High glee club with a physical disability. Although his character is in a wheelchair, McHale is a skilled dancer and has said that it is hard to keep his feet from moving along with the music while on the set.

He is best known for his recurring role as "Young Jacob" on the final season of the ABC primetime... drama, Lost, and for his co-starring role as the flamboyant European exchange student, Gunther Hessenheffer on the Disney Channel comedy series, Shake It Up!. Kenton Duty was born on May 12, 1995. He was born and raised in Plano, Texas and has two younger siblings, twin sisters, Jessica and Rebecca, born in 1999. Duty first began studying acting at the age of 9, when his parents suggested he attend a summer musical theatre workshop to help him feel comfortable in front of an audience for school presentations. It was at the summer workshop that he discovered he had a love for musical theatre, and it was there that he would also meet the casting director who would ask him to audition for his first play, A Christmas Carol. In 2004, Duty began his acting career in Dallas, Texas at the age of 9, playing "Young Scrooge" in the Dallas Theater Center's musical stage production of A Christmas Carol. He appeared on-stage again the following year with a principal role in the Denton Community Theater's production of Ragtime.
