Blazing Effects, Scorched Script Mar 27, 2010
2.00 2/5.0
Pros:
Special effects, cinematic appeal.
Cons:
Tepid characters, horrid hackneyed dialogue, no sub-plots, predictable, flat writing.

Review: Reign of Fire... fat on special effects...thin on story. Exchanging good characters and dialogue for flash-bang is not in my nature. This film lacks enough meat for a recommendation.

You either go with the premise, or don't waste your time.

Review: The flaws in this movie are small, but they do shine. Still, a lot of fiery fun.
