Roy Lee Williams is a former American college and professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League for nine seasons. He played college football for the University of Oklahoma, and was an All-American. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys eighth overall in the 2002 NFL Draft, and played professionally for the Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals.
