Sam Young is an American football offensive tackle for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Notre Dame. Young went to Pine Crest School and St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. At Pine Crest School he played tight end in football, center on JV Basketball, and competed on the weight lifting team. During his junior and senior years, he did not allow a sack.
