Santana Row is an upscale shopping, residential, dining and entertainment complex in San Jose, California. Randall Evan "Randy" Stonehill is an American singer-songwriter from Stockton, California, best known as one of the so-called "fathers of... contemporary Christian music". Randall Evan Stonehill was born in Stockton, California on March 12, 1952, the son of Leonard N. Stonehill , a high school teacher, and his wife, Pauline Correia , a school teacher of Azorean Portuguese heritage, and the younger brother of Jeffrey Dean Stonehill . While he was young, the Stonehill family relocated to 4920 Anna Drive, San Jose, California. In June 1970, after Stonehill graduated from Leigh High School, in San Jose, California, he moved to Los Angeles where he stayed with pioneer Christian Rock singer, Larry Norman in an attempt to launch his professional music career.

He turned pro in 1980 at the Oasis Skatepark, Southern California during the Gold Cup series. He is a member of the Bones Brigade, and has appeared in many of their videos, including The Search For Animal Chin. His current sponsors include Powell Peralta Skateboards, Bones Bearings, Independent Truck Company, Autobahn Wheels, Vans Skate Shoes, Skull Candy headphones, Ohana Boardshop and Protec Helmets. His past sponsors included Tracker Trucks, Standard Trucks and Bones Wheels. Caballero has been featured on the cover of Thrasher Magazine and several other publications. Steve was also a character in four of the Tony Hawk games, from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2-4 to Tony Hawk's Underground. He invented the Caballerial, around 1980, in the 10 ft. keyhole pool at Winchester Skatepark in Campbell, California.

Jerry Yang is an Internet Entrepreneur, the co-founder and former CEO of Yahoo! Inc. Born in Taipei, Taiwan on November 6, 1968, Yang moved to San... Jose, California at the age of ten with his mother and younger brother. His father died when Yang was two. He claimed that despite his mother being an English teacher, he only knew one English word on his arrival. Becoming fluent in three years, he was placed into an AP English class. Yang graduated from Sierramont Middle School and Piedmont Hills High School. Yang went on to earn a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Stanford University, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. While Yang studied in Electrical Engineering at Stanford, he co-created in April 1994 with David Filo an Internet website called "Jerry and Dave's Guide to the World Wide Web" consisting of a directory of other websites. It was renamed "Yahoo!" . Yahoo! became very popular, and Yang and Filo realized the business potential and co-founded Yahoo! Inc. in April 1995.

Dudley Robert Herschbach is an American chemist at Harvard University. He won the 1986 Nobel Prize in Chemistry jointly with Yuan T. Lee and John C.... Polanyi "for their contributions concerning the dynamics of chemical elementary processes." Herschbach and Lee specifically worked with molecular beams, performing so-called "crossed molecular beam" experiments that enabled a detailed molecular-level understanding of many elementary reaction processes. Herschbach was born in San Jose, California. After graduating from Campbell High School, Herschbach received a B.S. in mathematics in 1954 and an M.S. in chemistry in 1955 from Stanford University, and an A.M. in physics in 1956 and a Ph.D. in chemical physics in 1958 from Harvard University under the direction of Edgar Bright Wilson. After graduation, Herschbach joined the University of California at Berkeley, where he was appointed an Assistant Professor of Chemistry in 1959 and became an Associate Professor in 1961. In the course of his life's work in research, Herschbach has published over 400 scientific papers.

Nikki Sixx is an American musician, songwriter, author, fashion designer, radio host, and photographer, best known as the co-founder, bassist, and... lead lyricist of the band Mötley Crüe. Prior to forming Mötley Crüe, Sixx was a member of Sister before going on to form London with his Sister band mate Lizzie Grey. In 2000 he formed side project group 58 with Dave Darling, Steve Gibb and Bucket Baker issuing one album, titled Diet for a New America, the same year while in 2002 he formed the hard rock supergroup Brides of Destruction with L.A. Guns guitarist Tracii Guns. Formed in 2006, initially to record an audio accompaniment to Sixx's autobiography The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rock Star, his side band Sixx:A.M. features songwriter and producer and vocalist James Michael and guitarist DJ Ashba. Sixx has also worked with a number of artists and groups, co-writing and/or producing songs, such as Sex Pistols's guitarist Steve Jones, Lita Ford, Alice Cooper, Meat Loaf, Marion Raven, Drowning Pool, Saliva and The Last Vegas among others.

He is best... known for creating the animated series Invader Zim, which aired on Nickelodeon, as well as the comic book series Johnny the Homicidal Maniac and its spin-offs Squee!, and I Feel Sick, all published under Slave Labor Graphics label. Jhonen Vasquez was raised in East San Jose. He attended Mount Pleasant High School, where he often spent much of his class time drawing in sketchbooks. Taking part in a contest to design a new look for his school's mascot, the Cardinal, he submitted an entry that the judges rejected. On the back of a preliminary drawing for the contest, he drew his first sketch of the character who would later become Johnny C.. His high school's student newspaper published a number of his comic strips titled Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. Vasquez created Happy Noodle Boy while attending Mount Pleasant. According to Vasquez, "[S]o many years ago, [my little romantical friend in high school] was the unwitting reason Happy Noodle Boy was created.

Peggy Gail Fleming is an American figure skater. She is the 1968 Olympic Champion in Ladies' singles and a three-time World Champion . Fleming has... been a television commentator on figure skating for over 20 years, including several Winter Olympic Games. Fleming was born in San Jose, California, the daughter of Doris Elizabeth and Albert Eugene Fleming, a newspaper journalist. She began skating at age nine when her family moved to Cleveland and soon began skating in earnest on the advice of her father. In 1961, when Fleming was twelve years old, her coach William Kipp was killed in the crash of Sabena Flight 548 along with the rest of the United States figure skating team while on route to the 1961 World Figure Skating Championships. Fleming was subsequently coached by Carlo Fassi. Her unusual style led to five U.S. titles, three World titles and the gold medal in the 1968 Olympics in Grenoble, France. Her award in Grenoble was singularly important for the American athletes and the nation as a whole, for this was the only gold medal that the U.S. Olympic team won in the 1968 Winter Games.

Dustin Neil Diamond is an American actor, musician, director, and stand-up comedian best known for his role as Samuel "Screech" Powers in the... television shows Saved by the Bell, Good Morning, Miss Bliss, Saved by the Bell: The College Years and Saved by the Bell: The New Class. Diamond was born on January 7, 1977, in San Jose, California. Diamond's most memorable role was that of the nerdy Samuel "Screech" Powers on the television show Saved by the Bell, a role he played for close to thirteen years from its beginning as Good Morning, Miss Bliss through its final incarnation, Saved by the Bell: The New Class . Continuing the series into college, Saved by the Bell: The College Years shows most of the cast transplanted into not only the same college, but also the same college dormitory, where Screech continued his typical misadventures. The College Years was canceled after one season. Diamond returned to Bayside High as Principal Belding's assistant in The New Class episodes, remaining with the show until its cancellation. In 2006, Diamond directed and released his own sex tape Screeched - Saved by the smell.
