Rancho del Cielo, or "Sky's or Heaven's Ranch," is a 688-acre ranch located on the top of the Santa Ynez Mountain range northwest of Santa Barbara,... California. It served as a vacation home for President Ronald Reagan and First Lady Nancy Reagan. The ranch was originally named Rancho de los Picos after José Jesús Pico, a descendant of Santiago de la Cruz Pico who came with the Anza expedition in 1776, who homesteaded it and built the original adobe house in 1871. The Pico family owned the ranch until 1941, when one of Jose Pico's sons, Joe, sold it to Frank Flournoy, a surveyor for Santa Barbara county, for $6,000 . He, in turn, sold the ranch to Roy and Rosalie Cornelius, who purchased additional land for the property. The Reagans bought the ranch from the Corneliuses for about $527,000 in 1974 when his second term as Governor of California was coming to an end. The estate contains a pond called Lake Lucky, stables and a barn for horses, and a 1,500 ft² house decorated with 1970s-style furniture. The ranch is located on the crest of the Santa Ynez Mountains adjacent to Refugio Pass.

The Santa Barbara County Courthouse is located at 1100 Anacapa Street, in downtown Santa Barbara, California. The Spanish Colonial Revival style... building was designed by William Mooser III and completed in 1929. Architect Charles Willard Moore called it the "grandest Spanish Colonial Revival structure ever built," and the prime example of Santa Barbara's adoption of Spanish Colonial as its civic style. The building replaced a smaller Greek Revival courthouse built at the same location in 1872–88 and badly damaged in an earthquake on June 29, 1925. The courthouse is composed of four buildings, totaling 150,000 square feet . It includes a Jail Wing, which is no longer used to hold prisoners. Visitors may take elevators to the summit of the 85 ft "El Mirador" clock tower, which has labeled photographs that show what the viewer is looking at in all directions. Currently, the Santa Barbara County Courthouse is undergoing several restoration projects in the various wings, and just finished restoring the disintegrating fountain in the front. Occupying an entire city block, the grounds contain a collection of palms and specimen trees from more than 25 countries.

John Marwood Cleese is an English actor, comedian, writer and film producer. He achieved success at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and as a... scriptwriter and performer on The Frost Report. In the late 1960s he became a member of Monty Python, the comedy troupe responsible for the sketch show Monty Python's Flying Circus and the four Monty Python films: And Now for Something Completely Different, The Holy Grail, Life of Brian and The Meaning of Life. In the mid 1970s, Cleese and his first wife, Connie Booth, co-wrote and starred in the British sitcom Fawlty Towers. Later, he co-starred with Kevin Kline, Jamie Lee Curtis and former Python colleague Michael Palin in A Fish Called Wanda and Fierce Creatures. He also starred in Clockwise, and has appeared in many other films, including two James Bond films as R/Q, two Harry Potter films and three Shrek films. With Yes Minister writer Antony Jay he co-founded Video Arts, a production company making entertaining training films. Cleese was born in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, the only child of Muriel Evelyn , and Reginald Francis Cleese , who worked in insurance sales.

His first starring role was in the 1984 comedy Revenge of the Nerds as Gilbert Lowe, though he had a tiny part in the 1982 film Fast Times at Ridgemont High, credited as "stoner Bud".

Randall W. Cunningham is a former American football quarterback. After playing college football at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, he was... selected in the second round of the 1985 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles, with whom he remained through the 1995 season. He announced his retirement from football following the end of that season, taking a job as an analyst for TNT in 1996. The following year, however, he resumed his playing career.
