Before joining Fraud Sciences Corporation Gadi spent a year as a Venture Partner at Benchmark Capital and Pinnacle Ventures. Prior to this, Gadi was a co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Scalent Systems, where he successfully introduced the industry's most advanced datacenter... virtualization software. Prior to Scalent, Gadi co-founded Currenex, the leading marketplace for large volume foreign currency transactions relied on by many of the world's largest corporations. Currenex was sold to State Street Bank in 2007. Before Currenex, Gadi served as the chairman, CEO and president of GetThere, Inc. the largest provider of on-line travel services for the Fortune 1000. Gadi was responsible for taking the company public and managing the sale of the company to Sabre Corp. Before joining GetThere, Gadi served as CEO at Memco Software Inc., a leading provider of security technology and UNIX and NT operating system security software. At Memco, he led the company as it tripled both its sales and public valuation. Memco was purchased in 1998 by Computer Associates. Previously, Gadi served as vice president and general manager for Cisco Systems' Internet Business Unit and also held various senior-level management positions at Oracle Corporation, including founder of Oracle Japan, which went public on the the Nekki for $10B, as well as held other senior management positions at Oracle. Before Oracle, Gadi held several senior management positions at Xidex Corp including General Manager of several foreign subsidiaries. Gadi holds an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of California at Berkeley and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. in Natural Resource Economics.

>Gregory J. Rossmann, a Managing Director, joined Pequot Ventures in 2000 where he focuses on investments in information technology. Greg has more... than 20 years of operating and investment experience principally in technology companies. Previously, Mr. Rossmann was a Managing Director at Broadview International where he managed the firm's global merger and acquisition practice in Hardware and Communications Equipment, leading transactions with Siemens, Nokia, Intel and other major technology firms. Prior thereto, Mr. Rossmann was a Manager of New Business Development with Acterna Corporation and its subsidiaries. He was also a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Telemaster Corporation and former product manager and development engineer at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. specializing in signal processing, storage and networking semiconductor devices. Mr. Rossmann holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Santa Clara. Mr. Rossmann currently serves on the Board of Directors of GCT Semiconductor, Hammerhead Systems, Mantaro Networks, NETGEAR , Securify, Summit Microelectronics and Touchdown Technologies.
