Michael E. Marks has served as a member of the Board of Directors since December 1991 and as Chairman of the Board of Flextronics since January 2006.... He served as Chief Executive Officer of Flextronics from January 1994 to December 2005. Mr. Marks currently manages a private equity fund called Bigwood Capital, which invests in rapidly growing private companies, in North America and in emerging markets. He is also interim CEO of Tesla Motors, a company in the process of launching an all electric sports car. Tesla Motors is a Bigwood Capital investment.

Rana Talwar is the son of a bureaucrat. He began his career in the Bombay branch of Citibank and by the time of his leaving in 1977 he had become... head of Citibank's consumer business in the Asia Pacific and Middle-East sectors. He then moved to Standard Chartered Bank as executive director of its African, Middle-Eastern and South Asian operations. In 1998, he was appointed Group CEO of Standard Chartered Bank.He left in 2001 and was the Chairman of the Centurion Bank of Punjab until it merged with HDFC Bank. Under his leadership the Centurion Bank of Punjab has recently taken over Lord Krishana Bank having its branches mainly in Western and Southern India, the combined entity has now pan Indian presence. He is also a son-in-law of Kushal Pal Singh of DLF.

Jamie S. Gorelick is an American attorney, presently representing BP. She was Deputy Attorney General of the United States during the Clinton... administration. She was appointed by former Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle to serve as a commissioner on the bipartisan National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, which sought to investigate the circumstances leading up to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and also served as Vice Chairman of Fannie Mae. Her involvement in many of the major tragedies and high-profile American scandals of the past two decades has led some in the press to dub her the "Mistress of Disaster." Gorelick grew up in Great Neck, New York in a Jewish family and attended South High School. She obtained her A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard College in 1972, where she was designated Radcliffe Orator, and a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1975. Gorelick joined the Washington, D.C. law firm Miller, Cassidy, Larroca and Lewin in 1975 and worked for them as a litigator until 1993, except for 1979 to 1980 when she was an assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Energy.
