Ronald Glen Davis , commonly known as Glen Davis and by his nickname Big Baby, is an American basketball player who plays for the NBA's Orlando Magic. Formerly a college basketball player for LSU, Davis was selected by the Seattle SuperSonics with the 35th overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft and... shortly after traded to Boston. Davis is listed at 6 ft 9 in , 289 lb and plays the power forward and center positions. The Southeastern Conference's coaches voted him the 2006 SEC Player of the Year, and he was also named to the All-SEC first team. In 2006 as a sophomore, Davis led the Tigers to their first Final Four appearance since 1986. In the crucial game of the National Semifinals, LSU lost to UCLA, trailing by a wide margin in the first half and never managing a comeback. Davis scored 17 points and only made 4 out of 10 free throws before eventually fouling out. On March 20, 2007, Davis held a press conference to announce that he would forgo his senior season at LSU and enter his name into the NBA Draft in 2007. He signed with agent John Hamilton of Performance Sports Management.

Carl Christopher Landry is an American professional basketball player who plays power forward for the NBA's New Orleans Hornets. He played collegiate basketball for the Purdue Boilermakers from 2004 to 2007. The 6'9", 248 lb power forward is the older brother of Marcus Landry. He was known for... power dunks at Purdue. Surprisingly for a future NBA player, Landry didn't garner any accolades as a high school player because he barely played at all. Landry was cut from his freshman team. He barely made the Vincent High JV team as a sophomore, and didn’t see much playing time on varsity as a junior or senior. Carl Landry started his college career during the 2002–2003 season at Vincennes University, located in Vincennes, Indiana, where the likes of Shawn Marion and Bob McAdoo also played their JUCO years. He averaged 14.7 points and 7.8 rebounds, but missed half the season due to a broken hand. As a Sophomore during the 2003–2004 season he led the Trailblazers, averaging 19.6 points, 8.9 rebounds,and 2.3 blocks a game. He was named a First-Team Junior College All-American and the All-Region MVP.

Kevin Wayne Durant is an American professional basketball forward with the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association . A 6'9" small forward/shooting guard who is also capable of playing power forward, Durant was the consensus 2007 National College Player of the Year and the... 2006–2007 Big 12 Player of the Year, amongst other awards. After a standout freshman season at the University of Texas, Durant opted to enter the NBA Draft, where he was selected second overall by the Seattle SuperSonics. There he went on to win the NBA Rookie of the Year Award after his debut season. In 2007, Durant signed an endorsement contract with Nike. In the 2009–10 season Durant led the NBA in scoring and became the youngest player ever to win the NBA scoring title. He would later be named to the 2010 All NBA First Team. A basketball player from his earliest days, Durant played for a successful Amateur Athletic Union youth basketball team, the PG Jaguars. The Jaguars won multiple national championships with Durant and fellow future blue chip recruits Michael Beasley and Chris Braswell .
