Seth McClung

Michael Seth McClung , nicknamed Big Red, is an American professional baseball pitcher who is currently in the Milwaukee Brewers organization. In his career, he has pitched as a starting pitcher and as a relief pitcher. His father, Mike, was an all-state high school football player. His brother, Marcus, is a former football player at Virginia Tech and the Canadian Football League, his brother Shawn participates in extreme sports, and his younger brother Sam was a lineman at Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee. Seth McClung was named the Head coach of the Pinellas Park Girls High School... Basketball team for the 2010-2011 season. McClung is taking the current season off and is working his way for a comeback to the major leagues in 2011. Seth is married, he and his wife live in the Tampa Bay area. McClung began the 2006 season with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays as a starting pitcher, was sent later that year to the minor leagues, and was converted to be a closer. He started the 2007 season in Triple-A Durham of the International League, before being traded to the Milwaukee Brewers for Grant Balfour on July 27.
