A Managing Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures since 1993, Ms. Schoendorf has over 30 years of industry experience in a variety of engineering and... executive positions. Her investment focus is in the areas of software and services. Prior to joining MDV, Schoendorf spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard where she ran operating systems projects including HP-UX and its real-time extensions as engineering section manager. She later joined Software Publishing Corp. , creator of Harvard Graphics, serving as an officer and vice president of R&D and product development. Following that assignment, she managed the development of the Solaris kernel and operating system as director of systems software development at Sun Microsystems. In addition to Shutterfly some of Schoendorf’s investments include Actuate, Agile, Brickstream, Broadbase, Carrier IQ, Concept Shopping, Datasweep, Freshwater Software, Onvia and Requisite Technology. Schoendorf earned a BA with distinction in computer science and mathematics from Iowa State University and an MBA with honors from the University of Santa Clara.

Stephen Killeen has more than 25 years of experience in multiple high-profile positions for consumer, financial and technology companies. His... leadership background encompasses interactive media, consumer marketing and financial services. Mr. Killeen served as president and chief executive officer of WorldWinner, a casual gaming company that he successfully sold to London-based Fun Technologies. Prior to WorldWinner, Mr. Killen served as president of TerraLycos, the world's fourth-largest media property. Mr. Killen was previously president and director of Marketing Services Group. Before joining Marketing Services Group, Mr. Killeen was president and chief executive officer of Raging Bull, where he grew the Company’s market capitalization from $2 million to an eventual sale to AltaVista for over $250 million. Mr. Killeen has extensive experience in the financial services sector, where he held several executive management positions and was a pioneer in the online brokerage industry first with PCFN and Fidelity. He has served on multiple private and public company boards including Switchboard, Lycos Europe, Molecular and Marketing Services Group, Junior Achievement of New England, and was a member of The Secretary of Commerce’s Task Force on Privacy. A finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® Awards for New England, Mr. Killeen led two companies that received Deloitte & Touche’s Fast 50 Award and was named a “Leader of the Internet Economy” by the Industry Standard. Mr. Killeen earned his BA at Union College.
