Siloam Springs is a city in Benton County, Arkansas, United States. According to 2010 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 15,039. It is part of the Fayetteville–Springdale–Rogers, AR-MO Metropolitan Statistical Area. Siloam Springs is home to John Brown University, a private, interdenominational, Christian liberal arts college. In September 2011, Siloam Springs became a Main Street Community, as recognized by the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program for efforts to preserve and revitalize the city's historic district. The area is a mix of southern and midwestern cultures. Osage Indians were the first inhabitants of the area. Siloam Springs' first settlers were of German and Scots-Irish origin.
