The University of Texas at Austin is a state research university in Austin, Texas, USA, and is the flagship institution of the University of Texas System. Clarksville is a city in and the county seat of Montgomery County, Tennessee, and the fifth largest city in the state. The population was 132,929 in the 2010 United States Census.
