Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, seeks an experienced professional for the position of Social Media Manager to monitor and expand our brand online through social networking and bookmarking. We are a young and vibrant company that is constantly growing; as such, we have need for a full-time employee monitoring our business’ presence online; what people are saying, what customers want to know, and what answers we can give. What We Are Looking For
First and foremost, we are looking for a creative individual who has experience working with brands online using social networking tools. We are also looking for someone for whom social media is not just a job, someone who lives and breathes networking online, and who fits into our unique company culture. We are not your typical company, and you should not be a typical marketing manager. Are you the right candidate for us?
Your Skills and Responsibilities
As our Social Media Manager, you will be monitoring and expanding our presence online using all of the social networking and bookmarking tools at your disposal. You will help to maintain and even establish aspects of our brand identity online while creating new relationships with clients. You should:
- Have a Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar, or relevant equivalent work experience
- Be a constant and advanced user of: Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Reddit and other social media and bookmarking sites and tools
- Have a plan for our business moving forward
- Be a creative team player with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Previous experience managing brands online for enterprise-level companies (either in industry or as part of an agency) is a definite plus.
What You Will Learn
The world of social networking and social media is a new one. You will be expected to learn as a daily part of your job, examining trends and implementing new methods. In addition, you will be working with subject matter experts in all other areas of online marketing, and increase your skills and knowledge regarding:
- Organic SEO (search engine optimization)
- PPC (pay-per-click) advertising
- Optimized press releases and copywriting/li>

Juggle.com is located in Belleville, IL, ten minutes east of downtown St. Louis in the Metro East.
