Sharp picture, great sound, swivel screen, two headphone jacks

Cons:

Touch controls on the LCD panel are difficult to use (find) in low light conditions.

Review: This is a great choice for a portable DVD player. Generally Sony products are more expensive than other similar items, but in this case absolutely worth the money.
