Overview
Juggle.com, an online encyclopedia and reference guide, is looking for a seasoned statistician with extensive online marketing experience to service business needs by helping us target consumer advertising. We are a young and vibrant company and look for the same in our new team members; applicants should be of the mindset that when the work is interesting, work and play don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
What We Are Looking For
We at Juggle.com are looking for motivated self-starters no matter what the position. Experience in data mining, modeling, and other statistics applications, combined with creative and critical thinking skills and the right attitude—that doing great work doesn’t always mean 9-5—make for the statistician we are seeking. You should be an expert in your field but also know that expertise can always be expanded upon; willingness to learn is key.
Your Skills and Responsibilities
You will be delivering high quality data analysis on tight deadlines. Not only should you know how to work with numbers, but you should have that something extra; the ability to spot patterns that makes you not only a good statistician, but an exceptional asset to our company. In addition, you should:
- Have a Masters degree in statistics or equivalent work experience
- Be an expert user of SAS, SPSS, KXEN or comparable statistical modeling tools
- Have a comprehensive understanding of quantitative methods and Web metrics
- Possess extreme attention to detail
- Be an independent self-starter who can explain complex ideas and findings in easily-understood terms
Prior experience in statistics for Web marketing use is preferred.
