Steve Slaton is an American football running back for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League . He was drafted by the Houston Texans in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at West Virginia, where he earned All-American honors, was a Heisman Trophy finalist, and set various school and conference records.
