Clear your schedules gamers, this is it - the kind of masterpiece, showpiece, and trophy game that we wait years to obtain.

One of the greatest platformers I have ever played, Wii's best game, and an absolute must-own experience. And to me, this odd trek through space really does feel like the true sequel to "Mario 64."

Character Profiles

Mario

Mario
Also known as: Jumpman, Paper Mario, Super Mario, Mario Mario, Gonzalez, Baby Mario Created by Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto, Mario started out chasing apes, but now resides happily in the Mushroom Kingdom. He's got a full-time job rescuing the Princess, who gets swiped by Bowser every time she steps out of the castle. Other appearances include Yoshi's Island (SNES), Mario Golf (various), Mario Party (N64) and Super Smash Brothers (N64).

Game Features

Shake, tilt and point! Mario takes advantage of all the unique aspects of the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller, unleashing new moves as players shake the controller and even point at and drag items with the pointer.
Mario essentially defined the 3-D platforming genre with Super Mario 64, and this game proves once again that he is king. Players perform mind-bending, low-gravity jumps across wild alien terrain as they experience platforming for a new generation.
