Charles Eugene "Pat" Boone is an American singer, actor and writer. He was a successful pop singer in the United States during the 1950s and early... 1960s. Among his hit songs were cover versions of black R&B artists' songs . He sold over 45 million albums, had 38 Top 40 hits and appeared in more than 12 Hollywood movies. Boone's talent as a singer and actor, combined with his old-fashioned values, contributed to his popularity in the early rock and roll era. According to Billboard, Boone was the second biggest charting artist of the late 1950s, behind only Elvis Presley but ahead of Ricky Nelson and The Platters, and was ranked at No. 9—behind The Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney but ahead of artists such as Aretha Franklin and The Beach Boys—in its listing of the Top 100 Top 40 Artists 1955–1995. Boone still holds the Billboard record for spending 220 consecutive weeks on the charts with one or more songs each week. At the age of twenty-three, he began hosting a half-hour ABC variety television series, The Pat Boone Chevy Showroom, which aired for 115 episodes .

Donaldson Toussaint L'Ouverture Byrd II, is an American jazz and rhythm and blues trumpeter. A sideman for many other jazz musicians of his... generation, Byrd is best known as one of the only bebop jazz musicians who successfully pioneered the funk and soul genres while simultaneously remaining a pop artist. In 1973, he created The Blackbyrds, a fusion group consisting of his best students. They scored several major hits including "Happy Music" , "Walking In Rhythm" and "Rock Creek Park". Byrd attended Cass Technical High School. He performed with Lionel Hampton before finishing high school. After playing in a military band during a term in the United States Air Force, he obtained a bachelor's degree in music from Wayne State University and a master's degree from Manhattan School of Music. While still at the Manhattan School, he joined Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers, as replacement for Clifford Brown. In 1955, he recorded with Jackie McLean and Mal Waldron.

Milton "Bags" Jackson was an American jazz vibraphonist, usually thought of as a bebop player, although he performed in several jazz idioms. He is... especially remembered for his cool swinging solos as a member of the Modern Jazz Quartet and his penchant for collaborating with several hard bop and post-bop players. A very expressive player, Jackson differentiated himself from other vibraphonists in his attention to variations on harmonics and rhythm. He was particularly fond of the twelve-bar blues at slow tempos. He preferred to set the vibraphone's oscillator to a low 3.3 revolutions per second for a more subtle vibrato. On occasion, Jackson would also sing and play piano professionally. He was discovered by Dizzy Gillespie, who hired him for his sextet in 1946 and also kept him for larger ensembles. He quickly acquired experience working with the most important figures in jazz of the era, including Woody Herman, Howard McGhee, Thelonious Monk, and Charlie Parker.

Sklansky has won three World Series of Poker bracelets, two in 1982 and one in 1983 . He also won the Poker By The Book invitational event on the 2004 World Poker Tour, outlasting Phil Hellmuth Jr, Mike Caro, T. J. Cloutier, and Mike Sexton, and then finally overcoming Doyle Brunson. Charles Morosini in Teaneck, New Jersey to Charles Morosini, a cardiologist, and Helen Simpson Morosini, who died in February 2005. She grew up in the town of Greenburgh, New York, where she graduated from Edgemont High School in 1979. She graduated cum laude in English Literature from Middlebury College in Vermont in 1984. He celebrated his bar mitzvah in Teaneck, where he would join his family at synagogue on the Sabbath, and recounted how the fact that "I was a Jewish white kid growing up in Teaneck, but at the same time, I had African and Filipino and Asian friends and to have that experience all through high school while getting an awesome education was wonderful." Lindelof attended film school at New York University, performing briefly in the band Petting Zoo, and moved to Los Angeles after graduating.

Jess Q. Harnell is an American voice actor and singer, best known for voicing Wakko Warner on Animaniacs and Ironhide in the Transformers film... series. Harnell has been the announcer for America's Funniest Home Videos since 1998. Harnell is originally from Teaneck, New Jersey. He started his career with minimal experience. But in 1993, he voiced his most popular roles Wakko Warner on Animaniacs, and Secret Squirrel on 2 Stupid Dogs. From 1994 to 1996 he supplied the voice of Sewer Urchin in the animated series The Tick. In the late 90's, he first recorded the voice of Bluebeard in the English dub of the 1994 Trickompany film, Felidae but Kiefer Sutherland replaced him. Also in 1996 he was Hunter on Road Rovers. Harnell's next appearance was as the principal stormtrooper in the 1997 Star Wars fan film Troops, a parody of the Cops TV series set in the Star Wars universe.

Jamie Donnelly is an American actress. Born in Teaneck, New Jersey, Donnelly is best known as Jan, one of the Pink Ladies from the film version of... Grease, a role she got at the age of 30. Donnelly is an acting coach who lives in La Canada, California, with her husband Stephen Foreman, a noted novelist, and two children, Sevi and Madden Rose. Five years before playing Jan in the Grease movie, she played Jan in the play on Broadway. Soon after, she quit the acting business for a while and lost her contract. Later, she was in the United States premiere of The Rocky Horror Show starring as Magenta and the Usherette. She appeared on stage at the Roxy theatre in Los Angeles with Tim Curry and Meat Loaf in 1974, when the show opened. She is featured on the original Roxy cast recording in her role, singing the opening song Science Fiction/Double Feature. She went with most of the Roxy cast to reprise her roles on Broadway in 1975. Several years later she was called to read for Grease. Also, during her stage career, she appeared in a musical version of "Tarzan" in which Barry Bostwick was originally cast as "Tarzan".

He was frequently in the room when his older brother Tommy would have guitar lessons with New Jersey musician Bob Berger.
