Henry Gibson was an American actor and songwriter, best known as a cast member of Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In and for his recurring role as Judge... Clark Brown on Boston Legal. Gibson was born as James Bateman in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of Dorothy and Edmund Albert Bateman. He attended Saint Joseph's Preparatory School, where he was President of the Drama Club. Graduating from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., he served in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer. After his discharge, he developed an act in which he portrayed a Southern accented poet. His stage name was a play on dramatist Henrik Ibsen. Gibson's performing career began at the age of seven. He appeared in many stage and theater productions. Gibson made many appearances on Jack Paar's Tonight Show between 1957 and 1962, often reciting his poetry. His career took off when he performed in the Jerry Lewis film The Nutty Professor .

Susan Sarandon is an American actress. She has worked in movies and television since 1969, and won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her... performance in the 1995 film Dead Man Walking. She had also been nominated for the award for four films before that and has received other recognition for her work. She is also noted for her social and political activism for a variety of liberal causes. Sarandon was born Susan Abigail Tomalin in New York City to a Roman Catholic family. She is the eldest of nine children of Lenora Marie and Phillip Leslie Tomalin, who worked as an advertising executive, television producer, and nightclub singer during the big band era. Her father was of English, Irish, and Welsh ancestry, his English ancestors being from Hackney in London. On her mother's side, she is of Italian descent, with ancestors from the regions of Tuscany and Sicily. Sarandon attended Roman Catholic schools. She grew up in Edison, New Jersey, where she graduated from Edison High School in 1964.

He started his career by setting up a theatre company called Unity Theatre, at New Delhi. His early theatrical work included roles in productions of Tennessee Williams, Christopher Fry, Wilde, and Shakespeare.

John M. Slattery Jr. is an American actor and director, best known for his role as Roger Sterling on AMC's series Mad Men. He has been nominated for... many awards, and has won two SAG Awards with the Mad Men ensemble. Slattery was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to an Irish American family; he is one of six children.
