The Ultra Scale Master Pro is an affordable and portable area takeoff tool and digitizing system. Unlike expensive digitizers, the Ultra Scale Master Pro allows you to measure plans at your office or on the job site without the need for additional computing devices or software. It is best suited for takeoffs involving area (square foot/yard/meter) of polygon shapes like houses, pads, roofs, floors, etc. Also, areas of irregular shapes like pools, landscaping beds, etc. The USMP also does linear takeoffs, for things such as wall segments, piping, and wiring and cubic volume takeoffs for concrete, gravel, excavations, HVAC, etc. The ergonomic design with large targeting window allows you to accurately measure and compute area, perimeter, and volume for simple or complex polygons, polylines, irregular shapes, arcs and circles. The Ultra Scale Master Pro can operate as a stand alone digital area takeoff tool, or you can connect it to your PC to transfer measurements into estimating and spreadsheet programs.
